This section exhibits various works in Charcoal (Compressed and Vine, plus some Graphite). The majority of work here explores a method of addition and subtraction using different types of erases and utensils (including hands). This is an especially organic and tactile experience, which lends itself well to light studies. Other pieces in this section explore working on colored paper with colored Charcoal pencils, and a special Meditative interest in hands.
